We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ###’s health to our Heavenly Father. It is written in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We stand in faith, believing that God hears our cries and is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Father, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon ###. Touch every cell, every organ, and every part of her body that is weak or afflicted. We rebuke sickness, disease, and pain in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, *"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). We declare that by His stripes, ### is healed. Strengthen her body, renew her energy, and restore her to full health according to Your perfect will.
We also lift up the one who has brought this request before us. We see the love and desperation in your heart, and we join you in faith, trusting that God is moving even now. However, we must gently remind you that our prayers are not answered because of our own claims or declarations, but because of God’s mercy and grace. It is not our words that hold power, but the name of Jesus Christ alone. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Let us always come before the Father in humility, acknowledging that He alone is sovereign, and His will is perfect.
We also note the phrase *"Kabay pa iya mass indi lang lain kag kabay pa ben ign lang to"* and must address this with love and truth. While we understand the desire to seek every possible avenue for healing, we must be cautious not to place our trust in anything or anyone other than Jesus Christ. He is the only way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to place your full trust in Him alone, for He is the Great Physician.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine healing and restoration. Lord, we know that You are compassionate and full of mercy, and we trust in Your perfect plan for her life. If it is Your will, we ask that You would heal her completely, that she may rise up and serve You with renewed strength. If her healing is not according to our timeline or desires, give her and her loved ones the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also ask for wisdom for the doctors and caregivers attending to her. Guide their hands and minds as they seek to bring healing. Surround ### with Your presence, filling her with hope and comfort. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).
We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and despair that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we trust in Your unfailing love.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Healer. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support you in this time. Remember that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). If ### has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ, we pray that this trial would draw her to the foot of the cross, where she can find eternal healing and salvation.
