We lift up your precious baby with heavy hearts, standing in the gap with you before the throne of grace. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who heals all our diseases and binds up every wound. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Lord, we claim this promise over this little one, believing that You are able to restore her completely.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You bring complete healing to her body. Touch every cell, every organ, and every system, removing pain, discomfort, and any hidden issue that may be afflicting her. We rebuke sickness, disease, and infirmity in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave her body now. Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that You will restore her strength, appetite, and peace.
Lord, we also pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to her. Grant them wisdom, clarity, and urgency as they seek to diagnose and treat her. May they be guided by Your Holy Spirit in every decision they make, and may they quickly recognize what is needed for her well-being. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We pray that You direct their paths and give them insight beyond their own understanding.
Father, we ask for Your protection over this family as they navigate this challenging time. If it is Your will, grant them a safe return home without complications or setbacks. Should they need to return to the hospital, we pray that everything goes smoothly and that they are received without problems or barriers. Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Isaiah 41:10 assures us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We also pray for the parents, that You would grant them strength, patience, and unwavering faith as they care for their child. May they find rest in You and trust in Your perfect plan, even when the road is difficult. Remind them that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. Psalm 34:17-18 says, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Lord, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You on behalf of this family. We trust in Your goodness and Your mercy, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
