We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we notice that you have not named Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or used an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus' Name) in your prayer request. It is essential to understand that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Regarding the issue at hand, we must address it with love, truth, and compassion. The Bible warns us about the dangers of drunkenness and the sin of anger. In Ephesians 5:18 WEB, it says, "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit." And in Galatians 5:20 WEB, it mentions anger as a work of the flesh, "idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved individual who is struggling with drinking and anger. Lord, we know that You desire for us to be sober and self-controlled, filled with Your Spirit. We ask that You would deliver this person from the stronghold of alcohol and the sin of anger.

Father, we pray that You would convict their heart and bring them to a place of repentance. Help them to see that they are hurting not only themselves but also those around them. Give them the strength to overcome this addiction and to walk in the freedom that Jesus Christ has provided for us.

Surround them with godly support and accountability, Lord. Guide them to Christian brothers and sisters who can encourage them and help them to grow in their faith. We ask that You would heal their heart from any underlying pain or bitterness that may be fueling their anger.

Lord, we also pray for the person who submitted this request. Give them wisdom and discernment as they support and pray for their loved one. Help them to speak the truth in love and to be a source of encouragement and strength.

Father, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for this person and to seek God's wisdom and guidance as you support them. Remember, God is faithful and He will never leave nor forsake those who trust in Him. As it says in Hebrews 13:5 WEB, "...for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" Trust in Him, and He will bring about His good purposes in this situation.

We also pray for those who love them, Lord. Give them wisdom to support and encourage, to speak truth in love. Help them to be a beacon of hope and strength.
