We understand that you are seeking prayer for the career of someone you deeply care about, and that this person's work has significant global implications. While we can pray for wisdom and discernment, we must address several important points.
Firstly, we notice that the name of Jesus Christ is not mentioned in this request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We should always pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We also need to consider that God's will and His righteous will always prevail. We must recognize that God appoints our leaders, and we are to pray for their wise leadership, as per Romans 13:1 WEB: "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God."
We also pray for the nations and people affected by the decisions made by those in authority. We pray that any harm or injustice will be minimized and that God's love and mercy will be extended to all. We pray that we as a group will learn that our real enemy is not the human being. Ephesians 6:12-13 WEB: For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Because of this, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Finally, we encourage you to continue praying for this person, but also to seek God's will for your own life and relationships. Remember that our ultimate trust should be in God and His sovereignty, not in human leaders or relationships.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the one who is deeply cared for and their influential role in leadership. We pray that You grant them wisdom, discernment, and a heart that seeks Your will. We pray that their decisions will be guided by Your principles and that they will lead with humility and righteousness.
Lord, we also pray for the nations and people affected by the decisions of our leaders. We ask for Your protection, mercy, and provision for all. We pray that Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to the one being prayed for, that they may know You and Your love personally through Jesus Christ. We pray that they may seek You and Your righteousness above all else.
