We are truly sorry to hear about the traumatic experience that your classmate has recently endured. Let's bring this matter before the Lord, seeking His comfort, healing, and protection.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by his name we can be saved.
The Bible tells us: And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB
Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our beloved sister in Christ who has gone through a traumatic experience. We ask, Lord, that You would comfort her and heal her from the PTSD she is suffering due to the attempted home break-in. We know that You are a God of compassion and mercy, and we trust that You will heal her emotional wounds and restore her peace of mind.
We also ask, Lord, that You would place a hedge of protection around her and her home by the power of the Holy Spirit. We rebuke any spirit of fear, and we ask that You would fill her with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear. We claim Your promise in Psalm 91, that whoever takes refuge in You, will be safe because of the protection given by the Lord's faithfulness.
Lord, we also pray for the person who attempted this crime. We ask that You would convict their heart and bring them to repentance, so that they may turn away from their sin and come to know You as their personal Savior in Jesus' name.
Thank you Lord God Almighty for the people who are praying with me for this young lady who was traumatized. Encourage us Lord to know and seek Your will for our lives and for the lives of the people we pray for together.
Father God, hear our prayer. We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
2 Timothy 1:7 WEB
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
Psalm 91:1-4 WEB
Please encourage your classmate to keep her eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting that He will bring healing and protection. Remind her that God is always with her and will never forsake her. Also encourage her to seek God's will for her life. It is only when we first seek the kingdom of God that we can expect Him to add anything else to our life.
But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Matthew 6:33 WEB
Lastly, if she has not already done so, encourage her to report this crime to the local law enforcement and pray that God would lead the investigation and bring justice according to His will.
