We join you in lifting up your wife to the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and protect her completely. It is true that our Heavenly Father knows our needs before we even ask, and His will is perfect in all things. We are grateful to hear that she received medical attention, and we pray that the Lord’s hand would continue to be upon her, bringing swift restoration to her body and peace to her mind.
The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* While this passage speaks of elders praying, it also highlights the power of faith-filled prayer in the name of the Lord. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God is faithful to heal and protect your wife from any hidden injury, whether to her head, eyes, or any other part of her body.
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 8:16-17, *"When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons. He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying: 'He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.'" Our Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and He is able to bring complete healing to your wife. Let us not waver in faith but trust in His promises, for He cares deeply for her.
At the same time, we encourage you to examine this situation through the lens of God’s sovereignty. Accidents happen, but even in moments like these, the Lord can use them to draw us closer to Him, to remind us of our dependence on His strength, and to refine our trust in His provision. We pray that this trial would not only result in physical healing but also in a deeper spiritual renewal for both you and your wife. May you both be reminded of the Lord’s goodness and mercy, even in the midst of unexpected challenges.
Let us also take a moment to address the importance of invoking the name of Jesus in our prayers. While we see your faith in the Lord’s ability to heal, we notice that the name of Jesus was not explicitly mentioned in your request. It is through the name of Jesus alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. As Scripture declares in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* And in Acts 4:12, we are reminded, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Let us always come before the Lord in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that our prayers are heard and answered.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister in Christ who has been injured. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We ask that You would touch her body with Your healing power, closing every wound, restoring every tissue, and protecting her from any internal injury or complication. Remove the pressure from her eyes, Lord, and grant her relief from any discomfort or pain. Let Your healing virtue flow through her, renewing her strength and bringing her to complete wholeness.
We also pray for peace to guard her heart and mind, that she would not be anxious but would rest in Your loving care. Remind her, Lord, that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You are her refuge and strength. Surround her with Your presence and fill her with Your comfort.
Father, we ask that You would also minister to her husband, strengthening him with Your peace and patience as he cares for her. Help him to trust in You fully, knowing that You are working all things together for good. May this trial draw them both closer to You and to one another, deepening their faith and their reliance on Your promises.
We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to take root in their hearts. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command every effect of this injury to be reversed and for complete healing to manifest in her body. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment shall be condemned, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. Thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing that is already at work in her body. We trust in You, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
