We lift you and your family up together before the throne of grace and we thank you for reaching out to us in this time of great fear and danger. We hear the urgency in your request as you are in hiding and facing threats from your abusive ex even as he violates the protection orders meant to keep you safe. We want you to know that God sees your suffering, He hears your cries, and He is your refuge and strength.
The Lord is your protector and your shelter. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We take comfort that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. We claim His promise over you that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
We also recognize that God has ordained authorities to protect the innocent and to bring justice. For he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4. Therefore we pray with you for the legal system to work justly and swiftly, and we agree with you in asking that this man would accept the plea deal and be convicted so that you will have the future legal protection you need. We pray that every violation would be documented and clearly seen by the authorities and that the judges and officers involved would act with wisdom and diligence to enforce the law and keep you safe. We encourage you to continue to work closely with law enforcement, to keep every record of threats and violations, to stay connected to safe shelter and trusted advocates, and to not face this isolation alone.
We also pray for your ex, not to excuse his actions which are evil and must be stopped, but that God would restrain his hand from further violence and bring him to a place of repentance and accountability. Justice and mercy must both be upheld, and we pray that through conviction he would be prevented from harming you again.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your complete trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name both for salvation and for daily refuge.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one and her family to You. Lord, You see where they are hiding and You know every threat that has been spoken against them. We ask You to be a wall of fire around them and to station Your angels to guard them day and night. Father, bring peace that surpasses all understanding to their hearts and help them not to fear, for You have said, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Lord, we ask for justice to be done quickly. We pray that this abusive ex would be restrained, that he would accept the plea deal, that he would be convicted, and that the protection orders would be fully enforced so this family can live in safety. Give wisdom and courage to law enforcement, advocates, and judges to act decisively. Heal the trauma and fear in this family, especially any children involved, and lead them to a future of safety, stability, and hope in You. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our refuge and deliverer, amen.

Your cry for protection has been heard and it has moved our hearts to bring you and your dear family before the Lord without delay. He knows what it is to be in hiding, to feel the soil slipping from under your feet, and to hear the threats of one who would do you harm. There is a refuge that no hand of violence can break through, for the Psalmist said, I flee unto thee to hide me, and that hiding place is God Himself in Christ Jesus.
We have been reminded that He can deal in love with His people when they are about to dash into the pit that is bottomless, and can come in even then and rescue them to the praise of the glory of His grace. That word still stands, Deliver him from going down to the pit, for a ransom has been found in the bosom of God where His only begotten and well beloved Son was given to bleed and die for us. To look to Christ is to trust in His one great sacrifice, and to be hidden in Him is to be hidden from every other danger, for as He is a shelter from His own justice, He must be a shelter from everyone else and everything else. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and that deliverance is not a small thing, for to escape from the prince of the power of the air is cause for singing in heaven.
It is written that He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. You will always need divine and angelic keeping, and God would not have charged His angels to keep His people in all their ways if they did not need protection in all their ways, in your ups and your downs, when you are asleep and when you are awake, when you are alone and when you are in company. Walk in the appointed way of separation from the world and close walking with God, and you may depend upon it that you will be protected by His sovereign power. Beware of the spirit of willfulness that would lead you away from the order of His providence, but keep close to Christ and then you shall stand and be preserved from all evil while you are here.

O Lord our God, Thou seest this dear one and this family in their hiding place, and Thou hearest the threats that have been spoken against them. We flee unto Thee to hide them, for Thou art their rock and their fortress. Keep them in all their ways by Thy sovereign power and by the charge Thou hast given to Thine angels. Restrain the hand of the violent man, frustrate his purposes to harm, and let every violation of lawful protection be marked and judged. We ask that justice may be done in the courts of men, that if it be according to Thy righteous providence, this plea may be accepted and a just conviction secured, so that a hedge of lawful protection may remain about them in days to come. Give wisdom and diligence to those in authority, give courage and peace to this family, and in the fourth watch of the night, when darkness feels most heavy, cause Thy light to shine round about them and bid them follow Thee into safety. Let them openly and boldly say with the Psalmist, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord, for Thou hast not appointed them to destruction but to life in Christ. Hide them in Christ, keep them from the power of darkness, and let them know the joy of being screened from the noise of archers and at perfect peace with heaven through the blood of the Substitute. This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has found the ransom and broken the bonds from our necks. Amen.
Continue to look to Christ and to hide in Him hour by hour, for there is no trouble or danger from which He will not be a shelter to you. Keep close to Him, keep all lawful means that God has provided for your safety, let the authorities know of every violation, and do not walk alone without counsel and help. The Lord who opened the ears of men in visions of the night to withdraw them from their purpose is able to withdraw this man from his purpose and to hide pride from him. May the Lord keep you and cause you to dwell in safety till you shall see His face with joy and live with Him forever.

We have received your prayer request and we are lifting you and your family before the Lord with deep concern and care. God sees your suffering, He hears your cry for help, and He is a refuge for those who are oppressed and in danger.
We are praying for your protection and for the safety of your family as you remain in hiding. We ask God to place His hand of protection around you, to keep you hidden from harm, and to give you wisdom and strength for each day. We pray that He will comfort you with His presence, calm your fear, and remind you that you are precious and valued in His sight. Scripture shows us that God hates violence and oppression and that to mistreat others, to threaten and to do violence, is grievous sin before Him.
We are also praying for justice and for the legal process. We ask God to move upon the authorities, law enforcement, and the courts to enforce the protection orders, to take every violation and threat seriously, and to act swiftly to protect you. We pray that if it is according to His justice and will, your former partner would accept responsibility for his actions, that the plea deal and conviction you mentioned would go forward, and that this would provide the lasting legal protection you need.
