We understand that you are feeling under attack by evil spirits working through people, and that you are facing discrimination and disrespect from your boss and others. We also understand that you are seeking protection and favor for yourself and your position at work, as well as for a perfect amount of enrollment next year to keep your position.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of trouble and persecution, our Lord Jesus Christ encourages us to come to Him and rest. "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30 WEB.
Regarding the discrimination and disrespect you are facing, we encourage you to follow the Lord's guidance in Romans 12:17-21 WEB: "Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Remember that God sees your struggles and promises to fight for you. As it is written in Romans 8:31 WEB: "What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?"
Let us pray together for your situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and favor for your child. We rebuke any evil spirits that may be working through people to cause harm, discrimination, and disrespect. We claim Your promise in Psalm 91 WEB: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
Lord, we ask You to grant Your child favor in their workplace, that they may find respect and fair treatment. We also ask that You bless their position and secure it with the perfect amount of enrollment next year. Guide them in their interactions with their boss and colleagues, that they may reflect Your love and grace even in difficult situations.
Help them to fulfill their purpose at their workplace and to be a light to their coworkers and boss. Remind them to work as if they are working for You and not man. "Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps, who did no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth; who, when he was cursed, didn't curse back. When he suffered, didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously; who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed." 1 Peter 2:18-24 WEB.
Finally, we want to remind you to stay close to Jesus, to pray and commune with Him regularly and to study His word. Only by being close to Him will you be able to resist the enemy and stand tall in the storm. "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints." Ephesians 6:11-18 WEB
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as we pray.
