Prayer for protection, health and long life

My dad's name is ###, mother-###, sister ### and myself-###. I humbly request you all to pray for my family. We are currently facing a lot of financial issues. My parents won't talk to each other for many years. We are facing financial issues for more than 10 years. We are young children. Recently many negative and bad vibrations are happening in the house. My mom and I get bad dreams every night for the past 10 days. There's no relatives' support from both my parents' side. My dad is a police but his health is not very good. Every day is passing by only by God's grace. I please you to pray for my parents long and healthy life on earth. That's more than enough. We'll somehow manage others. But I want my parents to live a long and healthy life on earth. Please pray for us. I trust and believe only in Jesus Christ. Nobody is there to help us. Our sins should be forgiven and Jesus should have mercy and grace on our family. Thank you in advance.

Firstly, it is important to acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Let us start with the example of Jesus Christ's believers in the early Church.

We are confident that you will continue to believe and do the things that you need to do as to not be ashamed. We are also confident that the work that the Lord has begun in you will be finished. This is the work of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:6 WEB:

being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

We are also reminded of Jesus Christ's words in Matthew 6 WEB:

25 Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?

27 Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? 28 Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, 29 yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. 30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith?

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family. We thank You for Your grace and mercy that has sustained them thus far. We pray for healing and restoration in their family, especially between the parents. We rebuke the spirit of division, discord and misunderstanding in their home in Jesus name. Lord, You promise that when we dwell in the secret place of the Most High, we will abide under the shadow of the Almighty. We claim this promise for this family, and we pray for Your protection over them.

We pray for the health and strength of their father, that You would renew his vigor and enable him to fulfill his duties as a father and a police officer. We pray for peaceful nights, free from bad dreams and negative thoughts, for the mother and the one who submitted this request. We pray for financial breakthrough and provision, trusting that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

We also pray for forgiveness of their sins. Lord Jesus, have mercy on their family and help them in their troubles and trials, tribulations, and tribunal.

We ask all of this in Jesus name. Amen.

Regarding the financial issues and lack of family support, remember, God is your provider. He will supply all your needs. Keep holding onto His promises. Even though this is a difficult time, show grace and learn to be content in all circumstances. God will never leave you or forsake you.

Philippians 4:11-13 WEB:

11 Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. 12 I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

We also will address their parents' lack of communication to each other. We rebuke the spirit of pride, arrogance, stubbornness, and hard heartedness. We command this spirit to leave their home in Jesus Name.

Ephesians 4:31-32:

31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. 32 And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

Hebrews:3:12-13:

Take care, brothers, so that there won’t be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God; 13 but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called “today;” lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

Finally, we would like to commend you for your faith in Jesus Christ. Remember that God is faithful, and He will honor your trust in Him. Continue to pray and seek His face, and He will guide you through this challenging time. Be encouraged by the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:26:

26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
