Prayer for presentation

We join with you in prayer for your presentation at work this week and we ask God to grant you wisdom, preparation, and peace as you get ready to deliver it.
We are encouraged by your desire to do excellent work, for whatever we do we are called to do it heartily as for the Lord and not for men, as it is written in Colossians 3:23. When we commit our work to Him, He establishes our plans, as Proverbs 16:3 reminds us. We also remember the promise in James 1:5 that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to us. And when nerves or fear arise, we cling to 2 Timothy 1:7 which tells us that God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, and to Philippians 4:6-7 that we should in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We also want to gently point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want you to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him, and Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. To know God and to come boldly before His throne, we must put our faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord as Romans 10:9 teaches. It is by His name we pray and by His grace we can do all our work for God’s glory.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You grant clarity of mind and diligence in preparation, help to organize thoughts, to speak with grace and confidence, and to present with excellence that honors You. Remove anxiety and replace it with Your peace, steady the voice and calm the heart, and let all that is done reflect good stewardship of the gifts You have given. We commit this work into Your hands and ask that You establish the outcome according to Your will, and that whether before coworkers or leaders, this presentation would be an opportunity to shine Your light through integrity and excellence. Give wisdom beyond natural ability and let Your favor rest on this effort. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord, amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Your request for prayer concerning your presentation this week has been received and we count it a privilege to join you before the throne of grace. We understand the desire to labour well and to offer unto the Lord work done with care and faithfulness.
We are reminded that no service is rightly done without due preparation, and that preparation belongs not only to diligent study and careful ordering of material, but to the heart before God. Give yourself therefore to both contemplation and supplication as you prepare. Consider your work prayerfully, labour with diligence as unto the Lord and not unto men, and commit your way unto Him who giveth wisdom liberally to them that ask it. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it heartily, and trust Him for the ordering of thy thoughts and words.
Let thy confidence rest not in thine own eloquence or in the prevalence of thine own preparation alone, but in abiding in Christ. When the soul abides in Him there is a holy confidence even in trying and sudden moments, for our strength is found in Him and not in ourselves. Put aside all self exaltation and look steadily to Him who is thy peace, that thou mayest stand with a calm and quiet mind and speak with clarity, truthfulness and grace.
We pray with thee now. Our Father, we thank Thee for work entrusted and for gifts given to be used for Thy glory. Grant to Thy servant wisdom and understanding in preparation, skill to arrange what is needful with order and clarity, and diligence to labour faithfully. Grant peace in place of anxiety, steadiness of mind and speech, and words seasoned with grace and truth. Let all be done with integrity and unto Thine honour, and let the outcome rest in Thy good hand. Keep this one rooted and grounded in Christ, abiding in Him, and let confidence be found in Him alone. In the name of Jesus our Saviour we ask it, Amen.
