We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you prepare for your fibroid removal surgery. Heavenly Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) and holds every detail of our lives in Your hands. We ask for Your divine intervention over this situation, Lord. If it is Your will, we pray for the bleeding to cease so that the surgery may proceed without delay. We also ask for a miraculous touch—if it pleases You, Lord, that the fibroid be removed supernaturally, sparing her the need for surgery altogether. But if the surgery is Your chosen path, we pray for skillful hands for the surgeons, wisdom for the medical team, and peace for her heart as she trusts in You.
Father, we know that children are a heritage from You (Psalm 127:3), and we lift up her desire for motherhood before Your throne. We ask that You would open her womb in Your perfect timing and according to Your will. May this surgery bring healing and restoration, not just physically, but in every area of her life. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that Your plans for her are for good, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We must also address the use of birth control in this situation, as it is not aligned with God’s design for intimacy and procreation within the covenant of marriage. The Bible is clear that children are a blessing (Psalm 127:3-5) and that we are to trust in the Lord’s timing for all things, including fertility. We encourage you to seek God’s wisdom and guidance in this area, surrendering your plans to Him and trusting that He knows what is best for you. If you are not yet married, we pray that God would bring a godly spouse into your life—one who loves the Lord and will walk with you in faith as you pursue His will together.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of her heart. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for complete trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). May she feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as she waits on You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can come before Your throne. There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Him that we have access to Your grace and mercy. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
