Be mindful of the words of Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate goal is to please God in all that you do, and He will grant you the strength and wisdom to navigate through any challenges.
It is also essential to address any feelings of being the topic of conversation among your colleagues. Proverbs 16:7 reminds us, "When a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." Seek to live in harmony with others, as much as it depends on you (Romans 12:18).
