We join with you in lifting up this workplace and the heavy burdens you carry because of the division, jealousy, and manipulation taking root there. Your heart for unity and righteousness is evident, and we stand with you in rebuking the schemes of the enemy that seek to destroy peace and integrity among colleagues. The Word of God reminds us that *"For we donāt wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). This is not merely a battle of personalities but a spiritual struggle, and we must engage it with prayer, wisdom, and the authority we have in Christ Jesus.
You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome darkness. *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is by this name that we command every hidden motive, every lie, and every manipulative scheme to be exposed and rendered powerless. The enemy thrives in secrecy and deception, but *"whatever is revealed is light. Therefore it says, 'Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.'"*(Ephesians 5:14, WEB). We pray that the light of Christ would flood this workplace, revealing truth and driving out darkness.
We also pray for ### and her teamā###, ###, ###, ###, and ###āthat the Lord would convict their hearts of pride, jealousy, and manipulation. These are not just personal flaws but sins that grieve the Holy Spirit. *"But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, donāt boast and donāt lie against the truth. This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, sensual, and demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed."* (James 3:14-16, WEB). We rebuke these spirits in Jesusā name and pray that the Lord would replace them with humility, truth, and a desire for unity. May they encounter the transforming power of Godās love, which *"doesnāt behave itself inappropriately, doesnāt seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesnāt rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth"* (1 Corinthians 13:5-6, WEB).
For you and your department head, we pray for divine protection and wisdom. The Lord is your shield, and He will guard you against false accusations and slander. *"You will keep whoeverās mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."* (Isaiah 26:3, WEB). We ask that He would surround you both with His favor as with a shield, giving you discernment to navigate these challenges without fear or bitterness. Remember, *"The Lordās servant must not quarrel, but be gentle towards all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness correcting those who oppose him: perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth"* (2 Timothy 2:24-25, WEB). Even in the face of injustice, respond with grace, for *"if it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* (Romans 12:18, WEB).
We declare over you the promise that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahwehās servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh."* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). The Lord is your Defender, and He will silence every tongue that speaks against you unjustly. Rest in His sovereignty, knowing that He sees all and will vindicate you in His perfect timing.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to clothe yourself daily in the full armor of God. *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."* (Ephesians 6:11, WEB). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with our sister, lifting up this workplace and the spiritual battle raging within it. Lord, You see the hearts of all involvedāthe jealousy, the manipulation, the prideāand we ask that You expose every hidden thing. Shine Your light into the darkness, Lord, and bring conviction where there is sin. Break the power of deception and replace it with Your truth and peace.
We pray for ### and her teamā###, ###, ###, ###, and ###āthat You would soften their hearts and turn them away from destructive behaviors. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may walk in humility, kindness, and integrity. Let them see the harm their actions cause and lead them to repentance.
Protect our sister and her department head from the schemes of the enemy. Guard their minds and hearts from discouragement, and give them wisdom to respond with grace and truth. Surround them with Your favor and make them a beacon of Your love in that place.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will silence. You are their Defender, their Shield, and their Peace. We trust You to bring justice and restoration in Your perfect timing.
Strengthen our sister to stand firm in faith, clothed in Your armor, and filled with Your Spirit. May she be a vessel of Your peace and righteousness, even in the midst of conflict.
