We hear your cry for help in this time of trial, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. You have already shown great faith by turning to Scripture and seeking God’s wisdom in Galatians 5:22-23, which reminds us, *"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."* Even when the battle feels unending, the Holy Spirit is at work within you, refining your character and strengthening your resolve.
We rebuke the spirit of harassment and oppression in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal your peace, kill your joy, and destroy your witness, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). You are not alone in this fight—God is your defender, and He sees every injustice done against you. Psalm 35:1-3 says, *"Contend, Yahweh, with those who contend with me. Fight against those who fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help. Brandish the spear and block those who pursue me. Tell my soul, 'I am your salvation.'"*
We pray that God will fight this battle for you as He did for Jehoshaphat, when the Lord said, *"You will not need to fight this battle. Set yourselves, stand still, and see the salvation of Yahweh"* (2 Chronicles 20:17). May He arise on your behalf, confounding your enemies and turning their schemes into confusion. We ask that He would either change the heart of this coworker or remove them from your path entirely, according to His perfect will.
We also lift up your husband, who shares in this burden. May God grant him wisdom, patience, and peace as he supports you. Strengthen your marriage in this trial, that you would grow closer to one another and to the Lord. Remind you both that *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble"* (Psalm 46:1).
Father, we ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and grant favor in the eyes of those who can help bring resolution. Give wisdom to HR and management to act justly and decisively. If it is Your will, provide a new job where you can thrive without fear or oppression. But above all, deepen your faith, that you would trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We declare that your hope is not in man but in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—the same God who parted the Red Sea, shut the mouths of lions, and delivered His people time and time again. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you. Stand firm, knowing that *"the one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it"* (1 Thessalonians 5:24).
Lord, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. May His blood cover this situation, and may His peace guard your heart and mind. Amen.
