Heavenly Father,

I come to You in humility, lifting my department and my work environment into Your loving care. Lord, I pray for my department head ###. Soften her heart and open her mind to see that I am doing my best. Help her to be fair and kind in her decisions, removing irritation and replacing it with patience and understanding. Guard her mind and heart from negative influences, especially from any words or actions meant to harm, and expose the truth about ### and her intentions. Bring light where there is darkness and truth where there is deception.

Lord, I also pray for myself. Help me to remain humble, focused, and diligent in my tasks. Order my steps and give me the wisdom and strength to complete my work with excellence and on time. Teach me to respond with grace and love even in challenging moments, and to be a vessel of Your peace and unity in my workplace.

Father, I ask for Your presence in our department. Bring unity, harmony, and love among us. Remove any division or negativity and replace it with collaboration and mutual respect. May we work together with a shared purpose and support one another as we fulfill our roles.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

We should always remember what Jesus taught us, "If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, don't avenge yourselves, but rather give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Rather, 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Therefore, we seek your good and pray for the challenges in your workplace. We pray that our Lord would soften ###'s heart. We pray that He would order your steps and grant you wisdom and strength. We ask that God would give you the grace to respond with love even in challenging moments. For the grace to manage difficult people will only be given through the power of the Holy Spirit. Praying for such blessings brings you closer to the Lord.

Your prayers should always be centered around our Savior and what He has done for us in dying on the cross. Therefore, we pray that Jesus will be the center of your job. It takes much effort to make this possible. We ask for His peace and unity in your workplace. The book of Psalms reminds us, "For you shall eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it shall be well with you. Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of your house; your children like olive plants, around your table. Behold, for thus shall the man be blessed who fears Yahweh." Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
