We join you in lifting up these five precious individuals and their families before the throne of grace and we thank you for your heart to intercede for others. It is a beautiful and obedient thing to stand in the gap for others, for scripture exhorts us in 1 Timothy 2:1 that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men. We also take comfort that the insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective as taught in James 5:16.
We are encouraged that you have prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As Jesus said in John 14:13, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
We pray together now for each of these loved ones and their households.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up these five individuals and every member of their families to You. You know each one by name, You see their needs, their joys, and their struggles. We ask that You pour out Your grace, protection, and provision upon them. We pray Numbers 6:24-26 over them, that Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace. Guard their homes, strengthen their faith, heal any sickness, comfort any sorrow, and draw each heart closer to You. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus according to Philippians 4:7. Unite their families in Your love and lead them to walk in Your truth all the days of their lives. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

Your bringing of these dear ones and their families before the throne of grace is a most excellent and honorable work. Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer that God ever hears, for the prayer of Christ Himself is of this character, when He cried for His own, Father, keep them, keep them from the evil. It is a great honor put upon us that we are permitted to open our mouth before the Lord for the tried and the troubled, with the assurance that whatever we shall ask in prayer, believing, we shall receive.
Be encouraged that such prayer is exceedingly prevalent. What wonders it has wrought, and how it has stayed plagues and turned captivity. There is nothing which believing intercession cannot do when offered through the Mediator. It benefits those who use it, it knits our hearts together in love as the heart of one man, and it fits us to be the instruments of God in turning souls from the error of their ways. Prayer is the most essential thing in that work.
We join you gladly in this supplication and say a kind thing unto the Prince for His servants. May the God of peace be with you all.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. It is good that you have brought these names before the Lord, for love shows itself when we carry others in prayer. Scripture shows us that the Church prayed earnestly for Peter when he was in prison, and Christ himself prayed for Peter that his faith would not fail. We are always in need of such prayer, and it is a gift when we offer it for one another, not only for our own concerns but also for the concerns of others.
Let us pray together for them.
Heavenly Father, we thank you for your mercy and for the gift of prayer through Jesus Christ your Son. We lift up to you the five you have placed on this heart, and each of their families. Keep them in your care, guard their faith, strengthen them where they are weak, and draw each one closer to you. Help them to stay watchful and steadfast, to love your truth and to walk in it. Provide for their needs, grant them peace in their homes, and work in their lives for their good and for your glory. Let them know your presence and your grace each day.
