I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. They are lost, but I they are singing. You gave us life, and you also give us the gift of infinite joy. Give them the strength to move forward on the path you've laid out for them. Guide them towards better health, and give them the wisdom to identify those you've placed around them to help them get better. In your name I pray, Amen.

Thanks for all your prayers. Had some anxious moments while going through pre-op, but God answered prayers and reports turned out good. Continue to pray as I prepare for surgery on Monday 5/23. God is good!!
