We understand that you are going through a challenging time, dealing with fear, doubt, anxiety, and physical healing. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your life, standing in agreement with you in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. Therefore no fear, doubt, or anxiety can stand against His name. As it is written, 'Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name' Philippians 2:9 (WEB).
Regarding your physical healing, we pray that the Lord will heal your left leg completely and restore your walk. We stand on the promise of God's word in James 5:15 (WEB), 'and the prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.' We rebuke any spirit of infirmity that may be hindering your complete healing and command it to leave in Jesus' name.
We also pray for open doors for you to rejoin your job this month, and for God to grant you strength to overcome every fear in your life. We know that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us Ephesians 3:20 (WEB).
We pray for God's divine wisdom, knowledge, and guidance to be upon you, that you may walk in His ways. We know that God delights in giving wisdom and knowledge to His children who ask Him James 1:5 (WEB).
Concerning your family's dream house, we pray that the Lord will bless you according to His riches in glory. May your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. However, we ask you to think about this dream house. If it is more than what you need, then consider the plight of those in need. If you do have more than you need, we recommend you consider giving it to the poor in obedience to Ephesians 4:28 (WEB) which says, 'Let him who stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.'

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your touch. Lord, remove all fear, doubt, and anxiety from their life, and grant them complete healing in their left leg. Open doors for them to rejoin their job this month, and bless them with strength to overcome every fear. Fill them with Your divine wisdom, knowledge, and guidance to walk in Your ways. Bless their family with their dream house, according to Your will and glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
