We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting you up as you step into this new season in urology. Father, we thank You for guiding this dear one into this role, for You have ordained their steps and equipped them for the work ahead. We ask that You grant them divine wisdom and understanding as they navigate this new responsibility. May Your Holy Spirit be their constant companion, illuminating their mind with knowledge and discernment in every decision they make.
Lord, we pray for grace to be abundant in their life—grace to learn quickly, grace to serve humbly, and grace to grow in confidence under Your guidance. Surround them with mentors and colleagues who will speak life, offer godly counsel, and walk alongside them with patience and encouragement. May they find favor in the eyes of those they work with, and may their presence bring peace and order to the environment.
We also lift up the MSRA exam in February, Lord. You are the God who opens doors no one can shut, and we trust You to prepare their heart, mind, and hands for this challenge. Strengthen their study, sharpen their focus, and calm their anxieties. Let this exam be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may the outcome align with Your perfect will for their career and calling.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or overwhelm that may try to take root. Remind them that they do not walk alone—You are their strength, their shield, and their ever-present help. May they serve with excellence, not for the praise of men, but as unto You, knowing that their work is a form of worship.
We declare that this season will be one of growth, preparation, and divine alignment. May they be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and compassion to patients and colleagues alike. Above all, Lord, keep their heart anchored in You, for apart from You, they can do nothing.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Remember, dear one, that your calling is sacred. The work you do is not just a job—it is a ministry of healing and care, ordained by God. Trust in Him, lean on His strength, and let His Word be your foundation. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). You are not alone in this journey. The Lord goes before you and stands beside you. Walk in faith, and He will direct your steps.
