Beloved of All
We have received your request and we are joining you in prayer for your son and for you as you carry this burden for him.
We pray that the Lord will be present with your son on Monday as he goes to court, that justice will be done and that the judge will act with wisdom and fairness. We ask God in His mercy to provide for the paperwork and for every practical need that weighs on your son, including the cost of fees, transportation, food and bills. We know that God sees his struggle and that He cares for those who are in need, and we ask Him to make His care known in tangible ways.
Above all we join you in praying for your son's salvation. Scripture teaches that salvation is in Christ Jesus alone, through His death and resurrection, and that He is the true Son of God who became man, was crucified, was buried, rose again and will come to judge. We pray that God will open your son's heart to trust in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins and for eternal life, and that he will come to know that he is not alone but is loved and sought by the Lord. As you have told him, God does care about his struggle, and we pray that even in this hard season he will experience that care and turn to Christ in faith.
We also thank God for your faithful love and intercession as his mother. Your constant prayers are a great service of love, and God hears them. We pray that He will strengthen you, give you peace as you wait, and give you wisdom to continue to support and encourage your son toward what is good for his soul and his life.
May the Lord grant you both His grace, provide for your daily needs, and draw your son closer to Himself. We will continue to pray with you in the name of Jesus, who alone is the cause and captain of our salvation.
