Dearest Brothers and Sisters, Thank you for your prayers. I asked for prayer when my son had to drive work truck during a terrible storm. God is good and blessed him with protection to and from. Thank you for your prayers! I continue to lift him up for a car he so desperately needs, and for an appointment he has on the ###. I have been interceding for him for months and helping him best I can. God is good and has help me pay my bills and help him with food and uber rides to work. I know there is power in prayer and our God is able to answer and provide in a way we least expect. Please pray with me that a miracle of transportation will open up for him. His credit score is low and since I am in my senior years I can’t co sign. He really needs a car with will help him not come up short on household expenses due to cost of uber. I lift this up in prayer and in Jesus name.

We rejoice with you in thanking God for His protection over your son as he drove the work truck through that terrible storm and we praise God with you for bringing him safely to and from work. We have seen His hand in keeping him and we thank Him for His mercy and faithfulness.

We also hear your heart for your son as you have faithfully interceded for him for months and have sacrificially helped him with food and Uber rides while trusting God to help you with your own bills in your senior years. Your faith and love as a parent is beautiful to the Lord and we are honored to continue to stand with you in prayer for this need. We know the burden of transportation costs and how quickly Uber expenses can cause a household to come up short, and we know our God sees this need intimately.

We are reminded of His promises to provide for His children. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. He keeps His own and He is able to do far beyond what we expect, for Is anything too hard for me says the Lord Jeremiah 32:27. He also invites us to call on Him in trouble, Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me Psalm 50:15.

We join our faith with yours now and we lift up your son and his upcoming appointment before the throne together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for Your protection over this dear son and for Your provision that has helped this dear mother pay her bills and care for her son. We ask now for Your miraculous provision for transportation. You know his need for a reliable car, You know his work and his household expenses, You know his low credit score and that his mother is not able to co-sign. Nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You open a door that no man can shut, whether through favor with a seller, a trustworthy affordable vehicle, assistance through work or community, or another way You choose in Your wisdom. Give him favor in his appointment and let Your will be done there. Grant him and his mother wisdom as they steward what You have provided and give them peace as they wait on You. We trust You as Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we ask for Your perfect timing and provision in Jesus name. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust Him and to keep bringing every detail before Him, for He cares for you. The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. Keep seeking Him first, keep praying together with your son, and keep looking for the practical doors He may open as you seek wise counsel about affordable and reliable options. We will continue to pray with you for this miracle of transportation and for God’s peace and provision to rest richly on your household.

We rejoice with you in the goodness of God who kept your son safe through that terrible storm, and we give thanks with you for His mercy on that journey to and from his work. How kind the Lord has been to you both, in protecting him on the road and in providing for your bills and for his food and needful rides to work. We have heard your continued burden for him and we will join you in prayer for this need of transportation and for the appointment that lies before him.

You have well said that there is power in prayer and that our God is able to answer and provide in a way we least expect. We are reminded that Christ is grand in emergencies. When the multitude was in the wilderness with nothing to eat, He showed His glory by supplying their need, and we are taught to consider the miracle of the loaves as it has transpired in our own life story and be not afraid, whatever our present trouble may be. If we have seen His hand once, we may trust Him again. Consider that miracle with deep attention, lest we fall into the same evil as those who forgot what He had done.

The power to save and to provide does not lie in the person who is in need, it lies wholly in Jesus Himself. Nobody can work this mighty miracle of mercy but the Lord Jesus Christ, yet He can do it more swiftly than we can speak of it. Our Lord did nothing but speak, and the work was done, for His Word has an omnipotent force about it. What is too hard for Him who commands and it stands fast. Though credit is low and you in your senior years cannot co sign, and though the cost of daily rides presses upon household expenses, nothing is beyond His reach. Once Omnipotence is introduced, difficulties have ceased.

So we will pray with you that the Lord in His wisdom will open a door for a reliable car for your son, that He will guide that appointment and all that concerns his work and home, and that He will keep you both in peace as you wait upon Him. May He supply what is needed according to His perfect will, and may He deepen your confidence in His fatherly care, for every Christian is a miracle of grace and his story will fill heaven with wonder at what God has wrought.

We lift this before the throne of grace, asking in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord alone, through whom alone we have access to the Father, that He would grant provision, wisdom and contentment, and that whether by an astounding and unexpected opening or by quiet daily supply, you may see His hand and give Him praise. Amen.
