We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your department head and your working relationship with her before the Lord these past few days. It has been our joy to stand with you in prayer, asking God to fill her with discernment, to guard her heart against deceit, and to foster unity and respect between you both. We know how deeply you care—not just for your own work environment, but for her leadership and the well-being of your entire team. That kind of Christlike intercession does not go unnoticed by our Heavenly Father.

We would love to hear how the Lord has been at work in this situation. Has He brought clarity to her decisions or softened hearts in your department? Have you seen even small steps toward reconciliation or mutual understanding? If so, we’d be so encouraged if you’d share a praise report with us—it would glorify God and strengthen the faith of others who are praying for their own workplaces.

If this burden still weighs heavily on your heart, or if new challenges have arisen, please don’t hesitate to share an update or post a fresh request. We are more than willing to continue standing with you, asking the Lord to move in His perfect timing and wisdom. His ways are higher than ours, and we trust that He is working—even when we can’t yet see the full picture.
