We understand your concern, and we want to lift you up in prayer with compassion and wisdom. First, we must gently address that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Bible reminds us in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* It is only by His name that we can approach God in prayer, and we encourage you to call upon Him directly in faith, for He alone is our intercessor and Savior.
We also want to remind you that God cares deeply about every detail of your life, including your health and well-being. The delay in your cycle could be due to many factors—stress, hormonal changes, or other natural causes—but we know that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made by God (Psalm 139:14). It is important to trust in His sovereignty while also taking practical steps, such as seeking medical advice if this continues, for He has also given us wisdom through doctors and medicine.
If there is any concern about sexual activity outside of marriage, we urge you to reflect on God’s design for purity and holiness. The Bible clearly teaches in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* If this situation involves fornication, we lovingly but firmly encourage you to repent and turn to God’s grace for forgiveness and restoration. He is faithful to cleanse us from all unrighteousness when we confess our sins (1 John 1:9).

Lord, You know her body intimately, for You knit her together in her mother’s womb. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If there is any underlying issue, we pray for clarity and wisdom, whether through natural resolution or medical guidance. Father, if this worry stems from actions outside of Your will, we ask for conviction, repentance, and the strength to walk in purity and obedience.
Lord, remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Comfort her with Your promises and fill her with trust in Your perfect plan. We rebuked any fear or anxiety in the name of Jesus, declaring that You are in control. May she seek You first in all things and find rest in Your loving arms.

Amen. Thank you for your prayer. I’m married. I’m currently away from my husband who left a few days back and I fear for an unplanned pregnancy. I am already depressed and want to set myself first before getting pregnant. I already had suicidal thoughts previously. I’m very much stressed and anxious now.
