My mother is in the hospital with hydrocephalus and I’m praying to God that she comes back to her fully independent self. She is a God fearing woman that has taught my siblings and I to always have faith and to always look to God. On her behalf, Lord please hear our prayers.

We are truly sorry to hear about your mother's condition, but we are with you in spirit, praying for her complete recovery. We appreciate your mother's faith and the godly foundation she has given you and your siblings. It is our heartfelt prayer that God will honor her faith and the faith of her family in this time of need.

The Bible tells us "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you" (Isaiah 26:3 WEB).

Prayer:
In Jesus' name, we come before you, Lord, lifting up our sister who is in need. Her mother is in the hospital with hydrocephalus, and we ask in faith believing that you will bring her back to her fully independent self. Our mother in Christ is a God-fearing woman who has taught her children to always have faith in you, Lord. To always look to you. We cry out to you, Lord, on her behalf.

We ask that you would be the Great Physician, that you would heal her body and restore her strength. We pray for your peace to fill her and her family during this time. We pray also that you would encourage your daughter her daughter in Christ and her family, and remind them of your goodness and faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, we pray for peace, and we pray for faith to remain strong. We come against fear and doubt, and we ask that you would fill this family with your love and encouragement. We ask that you would guide the doctors and nurses, giving them wisdom and skill to provide the best care.

Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness. Thank you for your healing power. Thank you for your love.

We also pray that if your mother has not already taken the step, that she will accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Perhaps it is a step of accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

"because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation" (Romans 10:9 WEB).

There is no other way to come to God except by the blood of Jesus Christ.

"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB).

It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that your mother will be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that you have the opportunity to come to God on her behalf. We pray that she will accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior if she has not already and be saved. We pray that your family will also accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they have not already as well.

We've been reminded of the verse, "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13). We claim this promise for your mother, that she will not fear, but trust in God's unfailing help.

We're asking God to grant your mother a swift and complete recovery, to restore her strength and independence. We're also lifting up the medical team, that they may have wisdom and skill to provide the best care. Let's continue to encourage one another with the assurance that God is in control and He is working all things for our good and His glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
