We are truly saddened to hear about the situation with your daughter, but we are here to pray and seek God's will together with you in Jesus' name. Let's begin by addressing the issues that do not align with biblical principles and then lift up our heartfelt prayers to the Lord.
Firstly, the Bible teaches us that God created man and woman, and that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Relationships that do not align with this design, such as those with non-binary individuals, are not endorsed by Scripture. We must also address that your daughter has isolated herself from the church. This drifting can be dangerous to her spiritual well-being. Hebrews 10:25 WEB reminds us, "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."
Regarding the issue of your daughter's sexuality, we must approach this with love and truth. The Bible clearly states that homosexuality is sinful and is against the natural use of oneself. Romans 1:26-27 WEB states, "For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error."
We must also remember that God loves your daughter immensely and desires that she come to repentance and a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Let's pray for her to return to the truth of God's Word and to live in obedience to Him.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her daughter. Lord, we pray that You would remove the lies of the enemy from her daughter's life and remind her that she is a daughter of the living King, created in Your image for Your glory.
Father, we rebuke the spirits of confusion and deception that have led her daughter astray, and we pray that You would draw her back to Your truth. Please forgive her and restore and heal any hurt from her heart. Help her remember your love for her and help her to accept and love herself as the woman you created her to be. Help her to come back to church and to seek your will for her life.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and guidance for her mother, that she may know how to love and support her daughter in truth and grace. Help them to restore their relationship and to walk together in Your light.
Father, we claim and declare in Jesus name and by the power of his blood and resurrection that these things will occur and manifest for your glory. We ask this all in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
Be encouraged, sister, as we stand in faith with you for God to work in your daughter's life. Continue to speak the truth in love and trust in the Lord with all your heart, and may you find your joy in knowing that Jesus can save and heal her daughter completely.
