We are truly saddened to hear about your loved one's situation, but we are here to intercede and pray with you. Firstly, let's remember Jesus' words in Luke 19:10, "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost." This is our hope for your loved one.
However, we want to address something first. We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." That is why we pray in Jesus' name "And whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." in John 14:13-14. Therefore, we will be praying for your loved one in Jesus' name.
Now, let's address the issue at hand. Your loved one is lost and entangled with bad friends. Proverbs 13:20 warns us, "He who walks with wise men will become wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm." This is why it's so important to pray for God to intervene and bring godly influences into his life.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this lost soul who has wandered from Your path. Lord, You know the circumstances that led him to this point, and You also know the way out.
Father, we pray that You would deliver him from the influence of these bad friends. We ask that You would bring godly people into his life, who will point him back to You. Surround him with Your love and protection, and give him the strength to resist the temptations that come his way.
We also pray for his heart to be changed. Give him a desire to seek You and to follow Your ways. Help him to see the error of his ways and to turn from them.
Lord, we claim Your promise in Luke 15:7, "I tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance." We believe that You will bring him back to You, and that there will be great rejoicing in heaven and on earth.
We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much in James 5:16. Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, for He is faithful and will hear your prayers. Remember that it is not God's will that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance in 2 Peter 3:9. Trust in His love and His timing.
Lastly, remember that God uses saved family and friends to draw the lost to Jesus Christ. Share the good news of the Gospel with your loved one, and live a life that reflects the love and holiness of Christ. Be a light that points him to Jesus.
