We join you in lifting up your workplace and the company you serve, recognizing that all authority and power belong to our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by His name alone that we can boldly approach the throne of grace and make our requests known to the Father. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is through faith in Christ that we find access to God’s presence and His mighty power to intervene in every area of our lives, including our work.
We praise God for your heart to seek His protection and provision over this company, its productivity, and the connections between students and teachers. The work of your hands is not in vain when it is surrendered to the Lord, for *"unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). We pray that this company would operate in alignment with God’s will, that its purpose would honor Him, and that every decision made would reflect integrity and wisdom from above.
At the same time, we are reminded that our ultimate trust must never rest in the success of a business, a paycheck, or even our own efforts, but in the Lord alone. Jesus teaches us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). If this company—or any aspect of your work—has become an idol, a source of anxiety, or a distraction from your devotion to Christ, we gently urge you to examine your heart. Work is a gift from God, but it must never replace Him as the center of your worship and trust.
We also pray for the students and teachers connected to this company. May the Lord open doors that no man can shut, guiding students to the classes they need and providing teachers with the wisdom and patience to instruct with excellence. *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your thoughts will be established"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB). May every interaction within this company reflect the love and truth of Christ, drawing others to Him.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this company and the work being done within it. Lord, You are the God of all provision, wisdom, and protection. We ask that You would bind every force—seen or unseen—that seeks to hinder productivity, connection, or integrity in this workplace. Let Your light expose any darkness, and let Your truth prevail in every decision and interaction.
Father, we pray for the students who are meant to book classes. Guide them by Your Spirit, remove every obstacle in their path, and lead them to the right teachers at the right time. For the teachers, Lord, fill their schedules with students who are eager to learn, and grant them the wisdom, patience, and energy to teach with excellence. May their work be fruitful, not for their own glory, but for the advancement of Your kingdom.
We also pray for our brother/sister who has brought this request before You. Guard their heart from anxiety or misplaced trust in the success of this company. Remind them daily that their worth and security are found in You alone. If there is any area of their life—including their work—where they have not fully surrendered to You, convict them by Your Spirit and draw them closer to You.
Lord, may this company be a place where Your name is honored, where employees and students alike encounter Your goodness, and where every effort is dedicated to Your glory. We ask all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s will in your work. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He is faithful to provide, protect, and guide every step of the way. If there are specific areas of your work where you feel convicted or led to make changes, obey the Holy Spirit’s prompting without delay. The Lord bless you and keep you as you walk in obedience to Him.
