Please pray for my son to be stable at this new job every time he gets a job after a few months he gets misunderstanding, losing his job, his anxiety and anger get the best of him. He is in a new job today, please pray for him to be strong and disciplined at work, not to get angry, to talk through anything in a calm manner. Please pray that this job will be permanent, full-time. May God soften his heart and mind to be focused. Amen.

We lift up your son before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of anxiety and frustration that can come with new beginnings. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who calms storms and steadies trembling hands. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we ask that You replace your son’s anxiety with Your perfect peace. Let him feel Your presence beside him in every task, every conversation, and every challenge at his new job.

We also rebuke the spirit of anger that has taken hold of him in the past. Your Word is clear in James 1:19-20, *"So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God."* Father, we ask that You soften his heart and give him the strength to respond with patience and humility, even in moments of frustration. Help him to see his coworkers and supervisors through Your eyes, as people who also need grace and understanding. May he be a light in his workplace, reflecting the love and self-control that comes only from You.

We pray for stability in this job, Lord. Your Word promises in Psalm 37:23, *"A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way."* We ask that You establish his steps in this new role and that You open doors for him to grow and thrive. Give him the discipline to persevere, even when the work feels overwhelming or the environment is challenging. Help him to seek You first in all things, trusting that You will provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Father, we also lift up his heart and mind to You. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* We ask that You guard his heart from bitterness, resentment, or fear of failure. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, who produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May these fruits overflow in his life, transforming the way he interacts with others and handles adversity.

We declare over him the truth of Your Word in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Let this truth sink deep into his spirit, Lord. Remind him that he is not alone, for You are his strength and his shield (Psalm 28:7). We ask that You surround him with godly mentors and friends who will encourage him, pray for him, and speak life into his situation.

Lastly, we pray for his relationship with You, Lord. If he has not yet surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, we ask that You draw him to Yourself. Your Word says in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).* We pray that he would come to know You as his Savior and Lord, for it is only through You that he can experience true peace, purpose, and stability.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray all these things, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for your son as he starts this new job. It's natural to feel anxious, but we claim God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God is already at work, calming his anxieties and filling him with His peace.

We also pray for humility and patience in his interactions at work. May he remember that his coworkers are made in God's image too, deserving of respect and kindness. We ask that God would help him to be a light in his workplace, reflecting the love and self-control that comes from Him.

We declare stability and growth over this job, believing that God will establish his steps and open doors for him to thrive. We pray that he would seek God first in all things, trusting that God will provide for his needs according to His riches in glory.

Let's also lift up his heart and mind to God, asking Him to guard it from bitterness or fear of failure. We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill him with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, overflowing in his life and transforming his interactions with others.

We declare over him the truth of God's Word in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Let this truth sink deep into his spirit, reminding him that he is not alone, for God is his strength and shield.

Lastly, we pray for his relationship with God. If he hasn't yet surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, we ask that God would draw him to Himself. We trust that salvation is found in no other name, and we pray that he would come to know Jesus as his Savior and Lord.

In Jesus' name, we pray all these things, believing that God hears us and will answer according to His perfect will. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
