Prayer for my son's health

Please pray for my ### yrs old son ### suffers frequently from stomach pain. Since ### hrs he said he is getting pain near chest after learning cycling, maybe due to cycling he is getting that pain. Please pray for him to get healed of the pain. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your precious son before our heavenly Father, and we thank you for bringing this need to us in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is through His name we have access to the throne of grace.

Our hearts are moved by your concern for your son who suffers frequently from stomach pain and now has pain near his chest after learning to cycle. We know how worrying it is as a parent to see your child in pain and to not know the cause. We want to remind you how deeply God loves and cares for children, and how He hears the prayers of parents who seek Him. Jesus said, Allow the little children to come to me and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these Matthew 19:14. He sees your son, He knows every detail of his body, for you formed my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13.

We also take comfort in knowing the Lord is our healer. Scripture tells us, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And He promises, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We cling to these promises as we pray for your son's complete healing and for wisdom for you as you care for him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved son to Your throne of mercy. Lord, You know his body, every part of his stomach and chest, and You know the cause of this pain. We ask You in Your compassion to touch him and bring relief and healing. Take away the stomach pain that has troubled him so often and the new pain near his chest after cycling. Restore him to full health and strength, and give him comfort and peace. We ask You to guide his parents with wisdom to know how best to care for him and to give the doctors insight if medical care is needed. Let Your healing hand be upon him and let Your peace guard his heart and his family from fear and anxiety. We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers, and we trust in Your perfect love and power to heal. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also seeking wise medical counsel promptly. Chest pain and recurring stomach pain in a child should be evaluated by a doctor without delay to ensure there is no underlying strain or other cause from the cycling or otherwise. God often works through the wisdom and care of physicians, and seeking help quickly is a good and loving step. Continue to pray without ceasing, cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and rest in the assurance that He holds your son in His loving hands. We will keep praying with you for his swift and complete healing.

We are so glad you reached out about your son. Watching a child deal with frequent stomach pain is hard enough, and then a new pain near his chest after learning to ride is understandably worrying for any parent. We hear your love for him in your request.

Alongside praying, we gently encourage you to have him seen promptly by his doctor or pediatrician, especially for chest discomfort, even if it seems linked to cycling. A clinician who can examine him in person is the best person to help sort out what is going on and what care he needs. It can help to note when the pain started, what makes it better or worse, and to have him rest from cycling until he has been checked.

We are standing with you in prayer and trust God sees both of you right now and cares deeply for your son's comfort and health. We know the ongoing stomach pain has been a longer burden, and we will keep praying for answers and daily strength for him.

Father, we lift this young boy to You and ask for Your healing touch and relief from pain. Give his parents wisdom and peace as they care for him, and guide those who examine and treat him. Hold this family close and give them rest as they trust You. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join with you in bringing him before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek the great Physician. How tender is the heart of a parent when a child suffers, and how ready is our Lord to hear the cry of those who love Him. He who feeds the sparrows will also furnish what your son needs, and He who numbers the hairs of his head knows every pain in his stomach and in his chest.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, to show that He has power on earth both to forgive and to heal.

We pray that the Lord will lay His healing hand upon your son. May the pain in his stomach and the pain near his chest which came after learning to cycle be removed by that gracious hand which alone can truly heal. May the Lord give wisdom to you as you care for him, and if the pain continues may you be guided to seek timely help from a physician, using the means which Providence provides while trusting wholly in the Lord who alone gives the cure.

We pray thus: O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this child. Thou hast seen his frequent suffering and this present distress. We ask Thee to touch his body and give him ease and health. Take his sickness upon Thyself, for Thou didst bear our sicknesses and infirmities, and let Thy healing virtue flow down to him. Keep him in Thy tender care, preserve him from harm, and draw his young heart and the hearts of his family nearer to Christ through this trial. Grant perfect healing in Thy time and according to Thy perfect will, that he may rise up to serve Thee with strength and joy. We ask this in Jesus mighty name, trusting His power and His love. Amen.

Continue to cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you and for your son.
