Prayer for my son ###

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up ### and ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s life. Father, we know that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).
Lord, we pray that You would speak to ###'s heart. Help him to recognize the path of destruction that alcohol is leading him down and give him the strength to turn away from it. Your word says, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13). We pray that You would provide ### with the way out and the strength to endure.
Father, we also lift up ###, who is burdened with sadness and concern for ###. Comfort ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Grant wisdom and patience as ### supports ### through this difficult time.
We ask for Your provision and blessings upon ###'s business. May it flourish and be a source of stability and encouragement. Let ### see Your hand at work in his life and be drawn closer to You.

Lord, please save ### from drink grant Your Mercy please surround with wall as in Hosea 2:5-7 thorns that ### does not go toward evil and evil not approach him. Expose in his heart any lies he believes about drink deliverance from false beliefs and strength to overcome any triggers and cravings. Please comfort ### give him insight and wisdom in his dealing with this problem protect him from helpless feelings that come give him strength, peace, and Your Power to continue as You direct his words and footsteps. We thank You in advance for deliverance and freedom for ### in Jesus Name Amen
