We join you in lifting up your sister before the Lord, knowing that He is her Provider and her Strength in this time of overwhelming burden. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm in the truth that no weapon formed against her will prosper, for this is our heritage as servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). You have rightly declared victory in the mighty name of Jesus, and we echo that declaration, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved and through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16).
The unfairness and added pressure your sister is facing are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He knows the weight of her workload and the toll it is taking on her spirit. We pray that the Lord would grant her supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). May He renew her strength, that she may mount up with wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, and walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
We also pray for divine intervention in her workplace. If it is His will, let the Lord bring conviction to those in authority, that they may recognize the inequity and adjust the responsibilities fairly. But even more so, we ask that the Lord would open a new door of opportunity for her—a job that aligns with her skills, brings her joy, and allows her to thrive without the crushing weight of unfair expectations. "Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:4-5). We trust that as she seeks Him first, He will provide abundantly.
Let us also encourage your sister to cast all her anxieties on Him, for He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7). This season of struggle is not in vain; the Lord is refining her, teaching her to rely on Him, and preparing her for the blessings He has in store. Remind her that her worth is not found in her job or her performance but in Christ alone, who has redeemed her and called her by name.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust You to make a way where there seems to be no way. Open doors that no man can shut, and lead your daughter to the job You have prepared for her. Give her wisdom to recognize Your leading, courage to step forward in faith, and peace to trust in Your timing. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to bring discouragement or despair, and we declare that Your light will shine brightly in her life, exposing every lie and replacing it with Your truth. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
