We come before the throne of grace with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up your precious daughter in fervent prayer. The Word of God assures us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We stand in agreement with you, believing in God’s power to heal and restore your daughter completely.
It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His mighty name that we pray. The Scriptures declare in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not already placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now, for He alone is the source of eternal life and the One who hears our prayers. If you have already trusted in Him, we encourage you to continue seeking Him with all your heart, knowing that He cares deeply for you and your daughter.
We also take this moment to gently remind you that our words and focus should always honor God. While we understand the urgency of your request, we encourage you to avoid using language or symbols that may distract from the holiness of prayer. Our prayers are to be set apart for the Lord, and every word should reflect our reverence for Him.
Father, we lift this daughter before You, asking for Your healing touch to flow through her body. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we trust in Your promise that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Remove every sickness, every pain, and every infirmity from her body. Strengthen her immune system, restore her energy, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for you, dear parent, that the Lord would fill you with His peace and strength during this trial. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6). Lean on Him, for He is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround yourself with the body of Christ, for we are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).
If there is any sin in your life or in your daughter’s life, we encourage you to repent and turn to the Lord, for He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Sometimes sickness can be a result of sin, or it can simply be a trial allowed by God to refine our faith. Whatever the case, we trust in His sovereignty and goodness.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus Christ and command it to leave your daughter now. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that she will live and not die, to declare the works of the Lord (Psalm 118:17).
May the Lord grant you wisdom to seek the right medical care and guidance as you trust in Him for her complete restoration. We will continue to pray for her healing and for your family’s strength in this time. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Hebrews 12:2, Philippians 1:6).
We stand with you in faith, believing that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). To Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
