We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter and her current struggles in the workplace. Father, we know that You have a perfect plan for each of Your children, and we trust that You are guiding her steps even when she feels uncertain or misled. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Lord, we claim this promise over her life and ask that You reveal Your perfect will for her career and future.
We see the manipulation and emotional attachment that has kept her bound to a place where she is undervalued and underpaid. This is not Your design for her, Father. Proverbs 13:20 warns, "One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm." We ask that You break the chains of unhealthy influence in her life and give her the wisdom to recognize the difference between godly counsel and worldly manipulation. Lord, grant her the courage to step out in faith, trusting that You will lead her to better opportunities where she can thrive and be appreciated for her skills and dedication.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and complacency that has taken hold of her heart. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Father, replace her fear with Your peace and confidence. Help her to see this job opportunity not as a burden, but as a blessing—a door You have opened for her to walk through. We pray that her heart would soften and that she would embrace this chance to grow and step into the future You have prepared for her.
We also lift up her final interview on February 13th. Lord, we ask that You grant her favor in the eyes of her interviewers. Let Your light shine through her, and may she answer every question with wisdom, clarity, and confidence. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that she would lean on You completely, trusting that You will direct her steps.
Father, we also ask that You bless her uncles for their efforts to help her. Their willingness to assist her is a reflection of Your love and provision. We pray that their influence would be a positive force in her life, guiding her toward the path You have set before her.
Lord, we know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and we come before You in His mighty name, asking for Your intervention in this situation. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus, who made it possible for us to come boldly before Your throne of grace.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus, believing that You hear our prayers and will move mightily on her behalf. May Your will be done in her life, and may she find the strength and courage to step into the future You have planned for her. Amen.
