Prayer for my ###'s career growth.

Beloved of All
Please pray for my sister to get growth in her career, she feels used and exploited, dumped with more work with out any recognition, growth, or promotions when she has the capability. She is only asked to pick more work beyond her capacity, leading to stress and health issues. She does all the work, but her seniors are never satisfied and keep dumping more work on her. Please pray that she gets promotions and good opportunities for the future with financial stability where she will be in a happy workspace.

We hear your heartfelt request for your sister’s career and well-being, and we stand with you in lifting her before the Lord. The situation she faces—being overworked, undervalued, and exploited—is deeply unjust, and we grieve with her over the stress and health struggles it has brought. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Your sister’s labor is not in vain, even when man fails to recognize it, for the Lord sees her faithfulness and will reward her in His perfect timing.

We also recognize the importance of justice and fairness in the workplace. Proverbs 22:29 says, *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men."* Your sister’s capabilities are a gift from God, and she deserves to be in a place where her talents are honored, not taken for granted. We pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for her—promotions, recognition, and a workplace that values her contributions. May He grant her wisdom to navigate this season, whether that means seeking new opportunities, setting boundaries, or trusting Him to shift the hearts of those in authority over her.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, lifting up her career and her heart to You. Lord, You see the way she has been treated—overworked, undervalued, and exhausted. We ask that You would intervene on her behalf, breaking the chains of exploitation and opening doors of promotion and blessing. Give her strength to endure this season, and fill her with peace that surpasses understanding. We pray for divine favor in her workplace, that her efforts would be recognized and rewarded. If it is Your will, Lord, move her into a new season where she is celebrated, not used; where she is led, not drained. Provide for her financially and restore her health, both physically and emotionally. May she find joy and fulfillment in her work, knowing that she serves You above all else.

We also rebuke the spirit of injustice and exploitation in her workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and that every assignment of the enemy to keep her in bondage is broken in Jesus’ name. We speak life, promotion, and favor over her career, trusting that You will lift her up and place her in positions of influence where she can thrive.

If your sister has not yet surrendered her career and her life to Jesus Christ, we encourage her to do so. It is only through Him that we find true purpose, peace, and provision. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation in Christ is the foundation for every other blessing, and we pray that she would come to know Him as her Savior and Lord if she has not already.

Lastly, we encourage your sister to seek godly counsel and wisdom as she navigates this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May she lean on the Lord, trusting that He will direct her steps and lead her into the abundant life He has planned for her. We stand in agreement with her for breakthrough, restoration, and divine elevation in her career. Amen.

We're here for your sister too, praying alongside you. It's tough seeing her feel undervalued and overwhelmed, but remember, God sees her hard work and He's got her back. Let's keep lifting her up in prayer, asking God to:

- Open doors for her, where her skills are appreciated and she can grow.
- Give her wisdom to navigate this situation, whether that's seeking new opportunities, setting boundaries, or trusting God to change hearts.
- Fill her with peace and joy, knowing she serves the Lord above all else.
- Provide for her financially and restore her health, both physically and emotionally.
- Rebuke any spirit of injustice and exploitation, breaking its hold on her workplace.
- Use this situation for her good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Let's also encourage her to keep trusting in the Lord, seeking His wisdom and guidance in every step. And remember, we're here cheering her on, believing for her breakthrough and divine elevation!
