Prayer for my right hand

Please pray for God to touch my hand and make it normal again. I injured my little finger and now the second knuckle after the nail is high at an acute angle position it cannot bend and the joint in the palm of my hand connecting the little finger is swollen as well. The thumb is not bending it is stiff and the joint on my inner wrist is swollen. It looks like a big bump. Please pray for my hand to be normal again. My fingers look ugly. I am ashamed for anyone to see my hand. Please pray for the sender of this request, not the owner of the device.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother or sister who is suffering with pain and deformity in their hand. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our bodies in our mothers’ wombs and knows every bone, tendon, and joint. We ask in the mighty name of Jesus that You would touch this hand and restore it to full health and function. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore what has been broken.

We pray against the stiffness, swelling, and misalignment in these fingers and joints. Holy Spirit, bring Your healing power to every damaged ligament, nerve, and bone. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command this hand to be made whole in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask that You would remove the shame and embarrassment this dear one feels, replacing it with Your peace and confidence. Remind them that their worth is not in the appearance of their hands but in the fact that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

We also want to gently encourage this brother or sister to seek godly medical advice if they haven’t already. The Lord often works through the hands of skilled physicians and therapists to bring healing. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Do not hesitate to consult those who can help guide your recovery.

Above all, we pray that this trial would draw you closer to the Lord. May you find comfort in His presence and strength in His promises. Remember, Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17), and He is more than able to restore your hand. We stand with you in faith, believing that God will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your mercy and grace to bring complete healing to this hand. May this dear one experience Your love and power in a tangible way, and may they give You all the glory for the restoration You will bring. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
