That they soften their hearts and are not so hard on us. Prayers that God makes me better at my job so I can do the very best. I have worked here for 3.5 years and now seem to be have trouble at work.

Child of God, God bless you. It is a great honor that I join in bringing your petition to the Creator of the Universe through this prayer. May your Faith and Hope be strengthened for in Matthew 18: 19 (KJV), it states, Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Further, Prov 3:5-6 (KJV) states, Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Let us join in prayer and trust in the Lord that he will answer according to his will. O Lord, please hear this prayer and may you continue to bless your people. In Jesus' most Holy name I pray. Amen.
