Prayer For My Mama...

Hello all. This is my first time posting here. I am asking for a prayer request on behalf of my mother. She was diagnosed with Guillian-Barre Syndrome. Before her being diagnosed with this, I had never even heard of this syndrome. She was recently hospitalized and while there, she developed GBS. It all happened so suddenly! She was in the hospital bed and was about to get up to use the restroom. As she was trying to get out of the bed, her legs begin to tingle. Within hours, she was totally paralyzed from the chest down. It has been a week today since this happened. She has gained a little strength in her arms. The left is stronger than the right. After learning more about this syndrome, I understand that she may be able to recover fully. It's really a "wait and see" situation. My family is being patient and waiting to let God do His will. However, in the meantime I ask if you would please pray for my mom and family during this difficult time. My mama is a VERY important person to not only her three daughters and husband, but to many others as well. Thank you all so very much!

Amazing Grace thank You for guiding Your child to this site so that all Your prayer warriors will hold up her mother in prayer for complete healing. You can restore, You can heal and we will see and hear of the good news You will have in store for the whole family and Your prayer warriors. i stand in agreement with Your word, and not only will the family learn patience but believe in You. i thank You for leading this child to this site to serve You daily, to pray one for another and to return with praises of blessings and miracles for her mom. walk amongst the family and use this child to spread the word of Jesus, AMEN!

Dear Jesus, let Your healing virtue flow thru this very special mom's body - help her to make a full recovery. Use this as a tool to draw each family member closer to You. Let them realize that only what we do in Christ will last. Help them to love and support one another now and always and to love You with all their hearts. Lord, I touch the prayers posted here for this precious mother. Lord, I ask for your protection against this disease and the devastation it can cause in some. Lord, I pray for healing to her body. I pray you would touch her and restore her. Draw this family to you and to each other to give all strong support during this sister's illness. I ask for your blessing.
