We are glad to join you in prayer regarding your job situation, and we commend your faith and strength in the face of adversity. We are reminded of God's promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Firstly, we rejoice with you for the blessed experience you've had at your workplace for the past five years. It's a testament to God's faithfulness in your life.
Regarding your new coworkers, we must remember that God sees all things and knows the intentions of every heart. It's important to pray for them as well, that their hearts would be softened and that they would act with kindness and integrity. Jesus taught us to "love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:27-28).
However, we must also remember that God is a God of justice. If these coworkers are acting unjustly, God sees it and will act accordingly. Your part is to remain faithful, diligent, and honest in your work, knowing that God fights for you. As it says in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear there are some who walk among you in rebellion, working nothing, but being busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread." Amen.
Let's pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our ### who is facing adversity at her workplace. Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness in her life over the past five years. We ask for your divine intervention in this situation. Soften the hearts of her new coworkers, and help them to act with kindness and integrity. Help our ### to remain faithful, diligent, and honest in her work, knowing that you fight for her. We claim your promise that all things work together for good for those who love you. We ask for your will to be done in this situation, and for your peace and strength to fill our ###'s heart. We ask all this in Jesus name."
