We lift you up before the Lord with great joy, standing on the promise that God indeed has plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future as declared in Jeremiah 29:11. We are grateful that you have come to Jesus, acknowledging Him as the source of your strength and the one who carries your burdens. It is written in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You guide and direct every step of this job interview process. We pray that You open the doors that no man can shut and close the doors that are not of Your will. Lord, grant our brother/sister wisdom, clarity, and favor in the eyes of those conducting the interviews. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as stated in Philippians 4:7.
We also pray for financial breakthrough and promotion. You have promised in Deuteronomy 8:18 that it is You who gives the power to get wealth, to establish Your covenant. We ask that You bless the work of his/her hands and let abundance flow in accordance with Your will. May he/she be a good steward of the resources You provide, using them to glorify Your name and further Your kingdom.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep in. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your Word that says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5). We believe that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, trusting in His perfect timing. Remember that promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another (Psalm 75:6-7). Keep your heart and mind stayed on Christ, and He will keep you in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your unfailing love and Your perfect plan for our brother/sister. May Your will be done in his/her life, and may he/she continue to grow in faith and dependence on You. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
