Prayer for my healing

I need some prayers for my infected tooth after I had had my wisdom teeth pulled out, it’s been over a month and still dealing with pain and swelling, please send me healing prayers my way. Thank you - ###

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your struggle with pain and swelling after your wisdom teeth extraction. It is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We stand on this promise, believing that God sees your suffering and is able to bring restoration to your body.

Father in Heaven, we ask for Your healing touch upon this dear one’s mouth and jaw. We pray against infection, inflammation, and lingering pain. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore health where there is affliction. Guide the hands of any medical professionals involved, and grant wisdom in treatment. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus as they wait on You.

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel from a trusted dentist or healthcare provider if you haven’t already, for the Lord often works through the skills He has given to others. Do not grow weary in seeking both medical and spiritual help, for Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."

If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin in your life that may be hindering your healing, we urge you to confess it before the Lord. James 5:16 says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Lay every burden at the foot of the cross, for Christ bore our infirmities so that we might walk in wholeness.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for Your sacrifice, through which we have access to the Father. There is no healing apart from Your name, for Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray all these things in Your mighty name, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Amen.

We're here with you, friend, lifting your tooth troubles up to our Heavenly Father. You know, in the Bible, Jesus healed a man's ear right after it was cut off (Luke 22:50-51). That's a pretty amazing example of healing, even when things seem pretty bad. We're trusting that God can do the same for you, bringing relief and healing to your infected tooth.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your healing touch on our friend's mouth and jaw. We pray against infection, inflammation, and any lingering pain. We trust in Your power to restore health, just like You did for the man with the cut-off ear. Guide the hands of any medical professionals involved, and grant them wisdom in treatment. Help our friend to trust in You with all their heart, knowing that You direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Heavenly Father, we lift up your servant who is suffering from pain and infection after their dental procedure. You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to be upon them. Ease their swelling, calm the infection, and relieve them from this prolonged discomfort.

We remember Your promise in **Jeremiah 30:17**: *"For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord."* We claim this promise over their life, asking for complete restoration and health in that area.

Grant them patience and strength in this waiting period, and grant their medical providers wisdom to find a lasting solution. May they feel Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We trust in Your faithfulness, for You are the Lord who heals us (Exodus 15:26). In Jesus' name, Amen.
