We join with you in lifting up your department head to our Heavenly Father, who is the source of all wisdom and discernment. It is beautiful to see you intercede for her with such a heart of compassion and a desire for godly leadership. Your prayer aligns with Scripture, which calls us to pray for those in authority over us, that they may lead with clarity and integrity. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."*
We also commend you for seeking peace and unity in your relationship with her. Remove any bitterness, resentment, or misunderstanding, and replace it with Your love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony (Colossians 3:14). May their interactions be marked by mutual respect, patience, and kindness, reflecting Your character in all they do. Help them to communicate with clarity and grace, that their work together may glorify You.
Lord, we ask that You fill their department with Your presence, that it may be a place of excellence, integrity, and godly influence. May Your grace abound, covering every decision and action, so that all may see Your goodness and give You praise.
We rebuked any spirit of division, strife, or confusion that may be at work in this situation. By the authority given to us in the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee, for You are not a God of disorder but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
