We hear your cry for help and lift your burdens before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord who sees your struggles and knows your needs. Financial hardship can weigh heavily on the heart, mind, and body, but we serve a God who promises to sustain His children. The Bible assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We stand with you in faith, believing that God will open doors of provision and wisdom as you seek Him.
First, we must address the dangerous situation of loan sharks. Scripture warns, *"The wicked borrow and don’t pay back"* (Psalm 37:21), and these lenders often operate outside of God’s design for justice and mercy. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and fear that comes with such debt, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Seek godly counsel from your church or a trusted financial advisor to explore legal and ethical ways to resolve this debt. Proverbs 22:7 warns that *"the borrower is servant to the lender,"* and we pray for your complete deliverance from this bondage.
We also lift up your husband, asking the Lord to provide opportunities for him to increase his income in ways that honor God. *"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established"* (Proverbs 16:3). May he find favor in his labor and be blessed with wisdom to steward resources well. For you, dear sister, we pray for strength and health as you work diligently. Jesus reminds us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). While your work is noble, we ask the Lord to grant you balance and moments of rest, trusting Him to multiply your efforts.
For your daughter, we pray that she would grow in gratitude and responsibility, understanding the sacrifices made for her education. *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9). May she be motivated by your example and seek God’s purpose for her life, using her gifts to honor Him and bless others.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who paid our debts and set us free. We ask for Your provision, wisdom, and protection over this family. Break every chain of financial oppression, open doors of opportunity, and strengthen their faith as they wait on You. Teach them to trust in Your timing and to give generously even in lack, knowing that *"whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully"* (2 Corinthians 9:6). Heal their weariness, restore their hope, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
