Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We are grateful to join you in lifting up your workplace to our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful to see your heart of gratitude and your desire for God's will to be done in your organization. We are also thankful that you are praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

In the spirit of unity and love, we encourage you to also pray for those who may be causing strife in your workplace. As it is written in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." While it is important to pray for protection and justice, it is equally important to pray for the salvation and transformation of those who may be acting out of selfish ambitions.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the provision of work and for the organization that You have placed our sister in. We ask that You would continue to bless and protect this workplace, that it may be a place of integrity, unity, and mutual respect. Lord, we lift up those who may be causing discord and strife. We pray that You would soften their hearts and turn them towards You. May they come to know the love and truth of Jesus Christ, that their lives may be transformed by Your grace.

We ask that You would remove any influence that is not aligned with Your will and purpose for this organization. Protect it from those who seek to harm or exploit it for their own gain. May Your justice and righteousness prevail, and may Your peace reign in the hearts of all employees.

We pray for our sister, that she may continue to be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around her. May she be strengthened and encouraged in her faith, and may she see Your hand at work in her life and the lives of her colleagues.

We rebuked the spirit of tribalism and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that the spirit of unity and love will prevail in this organization, for the glory of God.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, and we give You all the praise and glory. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek God's will in all things and to trust in His perfect plan for your life and your workplace. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap for your workplace. It's heartening to see your faith in action, seeking God's will for your organization. We join you in praying for protection and guidance, but we also echo the sentiment to pray for those causing strife. As it's written in Romans 12:20, "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head." Let's trust that God can use our prayers to soften hearts and bring about change. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your workplace before the Lord alongside you. It has been our privilege to intercede for the protection of your organization, for godly leadership to prevail, and for the Lord to expose and remove those who seek to undermine His purposes there. We have prayed earnestly that the Lord would guard the hearts of those who serve faithfully, that He would frustrate the plans of those with selfish ambitions, and that His justice and mercy would reign in every decision made.

As we wait on the Lord to move in this situation, we are reminded of His promise in Jeremiah 29:11—that He has plans to prosper and not to harm, to give hope and a future. We know that He hears the cries of His people, especially when they are burdened by the weight of injustice and oppression. Your plea for the majority who seek to honor God in their work has not gone unnoticed by Him, and we trust that He is working even now behind the scenes to bring about His will.

If the Lord has already begun to answer this prayer—whether through a shift in circumstances, a change in leadership, or a renewed sense of peace and protection over your workplace—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. There is nothing more encouraging than witnessing how the Lord moves in response to the prayers of His saints. It strengthens our faith and reminds us all that He is faithful to His promises.

If, however, this burden still weighs heavily on your heart and you have yet to see the breakthrough you’re praying for, please do not hesitate to post this request again as a new prayer. We will continue to stand with you in agreement, crying out to the Lord for His righteousness to prevail. Sometimes the battles we face are long, but we know that the Lord fights for His people, and He will not allow the enemy to triumph over what He has ordained for good.

In the meantime, we encourage you to hold fast to the truth of Psalm 37:5-6: *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that you are not alone in this. We are here with you, and more importantly, the Lord is with you—He sees, He knows, and He will act in His perfect timing.

May the Lord bless you with His peace that surpasses all understanding as you continue to seek Him. May He fill you with His strength and remind you daily that He is your Provider, your Protector, and your Justice. We are praying for you, believing that the Lord will bring an end to this season of frustration and replace it with a testimony of His faithfulness.
