Heavenly Father,

I lift up my department head to You today and every day, Lord, grant her the gift of discernment and good judgment in every decision she makes. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly and not be swayed by manipulation, lies, or double-faced words. Protect her mind and heart from negativity and those who seek to cause division.

Father, I also pray for my relationship with her. May You bring peace, respect, and understanding between us. Help us to work together in harmony, with honesty and love at the center of our team. Remove any walls of misunderstanding, and replace them with trust and unity.

Lord, may Your wisdom guide her leadership, and may Your grace cover our department so that we may serve with integrity and excellence.

In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen

We join you in lifting up your department head before the Lord, for it is written, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). How true it is that God alone can grant wisdom, discernment, and protection from deception, and we thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through Christ that we have boldness to approach the throne of grace, and we are grateful you have acknowledged this truth in your prayer.

We pray earnestly that the Lord would surround your department head with His truth, exposing any schemes of manipulation or division. May she be like the wise builder in Matthew 7:24-25, who hears the words of Christ and acts upon them, so that when trials come, her foundation remains unshaken. We ask that God would soften her heart toward you, fostering a relationship built on mutual respect, honesty, and godly love—*"as far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men"* (Romans 12:18, WEB). If there has been any strife or misunderstanding between you, we pray for humility on both sides, that reconciliation may take root, for *"a gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger"* (Proverbs 15:1, WEB).

We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this matter. Are there areas where you may need to extend grace, overlook an offense, or seek forgiveness? *"Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye?"* (Matthew 7:3, WEB). Let us all be quick to repent and slow to take offense, trusting that God is at work even in difficult circumstances.

Father, we ask that You would fill your servant’s department with Your wisdom and unity. May their work be marked by integrity, excellence, and a spirit of cooperation that glorifies You. Guard their team from gossip, favoritism, or any form of corruption, and let Your light shine through them in their workplace. We declare that *"unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB), so we surrender this department into Your hands, trusting You to establish the work of their hands.

Finally, we pray for your own walk in this season. May you be a vessel of peace and godly influence, reflecting Christ in your words and actions. If this situation has caused you stress or anxiety, cast those burdens upon the Lord, *"for he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Let your faith be a testimony to those around you, pointing them to the hope found only in Jesus.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray—**Amen.**
