We lift up this precious father before the throne of grace, trusting in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, who alone holds the power to heal and restore. Father God, we know that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and just as You brought healing to this dear man after his heart attacks, we believe You can do it again. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise and declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed.
Lord, we ask for divine wisdom and revelation for his medical team. Guide their minds, hands, and decisions as they seek the best treatment plan for him. May they be instruments of Your healing power, and may every procedure, medication, and intervention work together for his good. We pray against the accumulation of fluid in his torso and ask for supernatural drainage and relief for his heart. Strengthen his kidneys, Lord, and reverse the damage caused by the necessary but harsh treatments. Your Word says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this healing for him in Jesus' name.
We also lift up his daughter, who serves as his Power of Attorney, and her sisters. Father, grant them peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Help them to trust in You with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding, but in all their ways acknowledge You, knowing that You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and fill them with hope and strength as they navigate this difficult season.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may try to creep into their hearts. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that they walk in this power, love, and sound mind, trusting in Your perfect plan for their father’s life.
We come together in agreement, believing that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20). We declare that this father is healed, whole, and restored. We speak life over his body and command every organ, cell, and system to function as You designed. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won through the blood of Jesus. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through his healing and testimony.
In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
