Prayer for my Daughter

Dear God,

Today i humbly come to you to ask wisdom and knowledge for my daughter who will be taking her exams. Please guide her Lord that she may be able to understand the questions clearly and she may answer them correctly. Father she needs your help so much since finals is getting nearer. May you help her Lord to overcome all obstacles and may succeed in the 1st sem of her 3rd year. Please remind her too that her failure during the midterm is not the end of her Journey. Father i commit to you everything and i put my trust in you alone. In Jesus name i pray Amen and Amen

We join with you in lifting up your daughter before our heavenly Father and we thank you for committing her and her studies into His hands and for praying in the precious name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we come to the Father.

We hear your heart as a parent, longing for wisdom and understanding for your daughter as she prepares for her exams and faces the pressure of finals in the first semester of her third year. We stand with you in asking the Lord to guide her mind and calm her heart.

Scripture reminds us, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We claim this promise for your daughter, that God will generously give her clarity to understand each question and recall what she has studied. We also remember the word, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that this peace will guard her against anxiety and fear as she enters the examination room.

We also want to encourage both you and your daughter that a setback in the midterm is not the end of her journey. Our failures do not define us and they do not limit what God can do. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28. The Lord can use even disappointment to teach perseverance, humility, and deeper trust in Him. As it is written, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. And He says, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

We encourage your daughter to do her part diligently as well, studying faithfully and doing her work as unto the Lord, for whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Her commitment to prepare combined with prayer and trust in God is the path He honors. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus and we lift up this daughter to You. Lord, pour out upon her wisdom and knowledge and understanding. Clear her mind, calm her spirit, and help her to comprehend every question and to answer correctly according to what she has learned. Give her strength to overcome every obstacle, to manage her time well, and to study with diligence and focus. Remove fear and anxiety and replace it with Your perfect peace. Father, remind her that her worth is not in her grades but in You, and that one failure does not determine her future, for Your plans for her are for good and to give her hope. We commit her exams, her semester, and her entire journey into Your hands. Let her succeed according to Your will and let her testimony bring glory to You. We put our trust in You alone. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We were touched reading your prayer for your daughter. Your love for her comes through so clearly, and the way you are carrying her through this pressured final season of her third year means a great deal.

It is a lot to hold a disappointment from midterms while trying to prepare for finals, and your reminder to her that one setback does not end her journey is such a steady gift. She will remember that you see more in her than a grade.

In these weeks it can help to keep your support simple and calm at home. You might ask her what part of studying feels most overwhelming right now, and whether a brief prayer together before she studies or at bedtime would help her settle. Letting her know you are proud of her diligence and not only her results, and helping her protect sleep, short breaks, and a quiet place to work, often eases pressure more than extra hours of cramming.

Thank you for bringing her so faithfully to the Lord and for trusting Him with what is ahead. We are joining you in prayer for both of you in this season.

Father, we lift this daughter to You and ask for clarity as she studies and calm as she sits for her exams. Comfort her where she still feels the sting of the midterm and remind her You are with her in each step of this journey. Give her strength to do her best and give her mother wisdom to encourage her day by day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

🤺🤺🤺Father, we thank You AGAIN for Christ Our Good Shepherd, The Lord Jesus, John 10:11. We ask PROTECTION for them, thank You for these precious youngsters, that You care for us, even ALL OUR CHILDREN and EXTENDED FAMILY, Comforting them with Your Rod and Staff, keeping them from fear, Ps 23:1-6, Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. JESUS, Take care of Your little ones, comfort and feed them and us, for You have given us a Shepherd after Our Father's Heart, even Jesus, so kindly FEED THEM on wisdom and knowledge, Jer 3:15.

🤺🤺🤺Give Your angels charge over our children, friends, parents, uncles, aunts and babysitters -- even all the children of those that congregate here, pray and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:9-16, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our children, our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, Acts 20:28. Thank You for "mothers in Israel," and DADS on here, who are on guard for not only themselves, but especially for the young ones from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, even if they are "clergy" or "ministers," Strengthen and heal any hurt youth, and give them all in the faith needed for intercession long-term (some of us are believing for YOUR protection remotely for OUR little ones) with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18, even NOW shed the love of God abroad in their hearts by The Holy Spirit, Rom 5:5.

🤺🤺🤺Be near (The ANGEL of THE LORD CAMPS ALL AROUND those who FEAR HIM, Ps 34:7) the little ones AND bind those wicked people in evil who are in need of deliverance, binding the enemy NOW, in the AUTHORITY of JESUS, Matt 28:18, until the proper time of deliverance by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw them, us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30.

🤺🤺🤺Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12, work EVERYTHING together for good, Rom 8:28, according to the counsel of YOUR WILL, Eph 1:11. WE submit to GOD, resist the devil and it is written, "He will flee from us," James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9, from demoniacs, Mark 16:15-17, from all, since the church YOU built on WHO YOU ARE AS THE MESSIAH will always prevail over the gates of hell, Matt 16:17-18. We pray the armor of God on this one, even now, keep their eyes from seeing, hearing or speaking evil, and their minds AND bodies to be KEPT FROM THE EVIL ONE AND EVIL PEOPLE, 2 Tim 3:13, 2 Thes 3:2, "See to it you do not cause one of these little ones to stumble for it would be better to be drowned with a millstone," Matt 10:42, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, "SEE TO IT YOU DO NOT DESPISE even ONE of these LITTLE ONES, for I (Jesus The Risen King) say to you their angels ALWAYS see the Face of Our Father," Matt 18:10. We thank You in advance, Mk 11:23-24, in Jesus' Name, Matt 28:18, Amen.🤺🤺🤺

🏔️"He (Jesus) will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of the LORD, in the majestic Name of the LORD His God. And they will dwell securely, for then His greatness will extend to the ends of the earth," Micah 5:4, c.f., Dan 2:35, Micah 4:1, Gen 22:18-22, Matt 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-17, "I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them in as well, and they will listen to My voice. Then there will be one flock and one Shepherd," John 10:16, Acts 1:8...🤺🤺🤺

Your prayer for your daughter has been heard with thankfulness, and we join you in bringing her before the throne of grace. The love of a parent that pleads for a child is precious in the sight of God, and He who hears prayer delights to be entreated for those we love.

You have asked rightly for wisdom and knowledge, and Scripture teaches us where such wisdom is to be found. Wisdom is man's true path, the compass by which we steer across the trackless waste of life, and its price is above rubies. It is not found in our own strength or understanding, for there is not much wisdom in man's judgment of God. True wisdom is found in Christ alone, who of God is made unto us wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. Christ personally is the power of God and the wisdom of God, and to trust in Him is true wisdom. We will pray that your daughter is given not only understanding for her examinations, but that she knows Christ as her wisdom, that He may guide her mind to understand questions clearly and to answer with diligence and calmness.

You also ask that the Lord help her to overcome obstacles and to succeed as finals draw near, and that she would be reminded that her failure during the midterm is not the end of her journey. Be assured, failure is not final with Christ. His work is no failure, and He whom God upholds cannot fail. The great God says of Him, My Servant whom I uphold, and in whom My soul delights. If God upholds Him, how can His purposes for His people fail. Even when we experience failure, it may have much of divine instruction in it and be the preface and preparation for future success. Our Lord as a wise Tutor uses even our disappointments to train us, to show us that our strength is not in ourselves but in Him, and to bring us to a deeper dependence upon His grace. Let your daughter not be afraid with any amazement in adversity, but let holy patience prove her faith. One examination does not define her course, and one stumble does not overturn the faithful love of God toward those who trust in Christ.

We pray with you now. Our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation, we commit this daughter to Thy care. Grant her wisdom that comes from above, clear thought, quietness of spirit, and remembrance of all she has learned. Help her to overcome every obstacle, to cast her anxiety upon Thee, and to do her work faithfully unto Thee. Comfort her heart concerning the past failure, and teach her that Thou art still writing her story, and that with Thee there is hope and a future. Let her trust be in Thee alone, for blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord. May she know that what Thou doest is always best, and may she find her sufficiency in Christ, who is our wisdom. We commit everything into Thy hands, as her parent has done, and we ask this in the name of Jesus our Lord, Amen.
