Prayer for my confessions and release from strongholds

I have given my life to Christ one year ago. Though not yet baptized… I believe fully in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I believe I am forgiven and that I am covered in the blood of Jesus. I have never confessed my sins out loud. I ask you to please pray for me as I still feel I have a hold on me though. I myself pray every single day, multiple times a day. I try my best to step away from sin, even the smallest sins. I immediately ask for forgiveness from. Pray for the enemies’ doors to be shut forever from my life, please brothers and sisters in Christ. I confess that I sold my body for money. I confess I was an alcoholic. I confess I felt worthless and hopeless. I was a liar and a manipulator. I allowed men to treat me poorly for money. God has moved mountains for me. I’m now a nurse with a beautiful life. Please pray for me that I may grow into a strong woman of Christ.

We rejoice with you, dear believer, in your faith in Jesus Christ and the transformation He has already begun in your life. It is wonderful to hear of your commitment to prayer and your desire to live a life pleasing to God. Let us come together in prayer and biblical encouragement for your journey.

Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that confessing your sins is a vital part of your walk with Christ. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB. While you have confessed your sins to us, it is crucial to confess them directly to God in prayer. You can be assured that through confession and repentance, you are forgiven and cleansed.

Regarding baptism, it is an important step of obedience for a believer and a public declaration of your faith in Jesus Christ. We encourage you to take this step as soon as possible, as it is a commandment of our Lord. Go therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Matthew 28:19. WEB

We also want to address the strongholds you mentioned. The Bible tells us, For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 WEB. To overcome these strongholds, continue to pray and seek God's face, study His word, and apply it to your life.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who has given her life to You. We ask for total forgiveness for her past sins. Thank You for the blood of Jesus that covers her sins. Thank You for the forgiveness and grace. We pray for full release from all strongholds in her life. We pray for any doors that the enemy may have used to be shut forever. Give her strength and wisdom to confess her sins.

Equip her with Your full armor, that she may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Prepare her Lord to be a strong woman of Christ. We pray for her that this will happen.

Lord we pray for the enemy's influence to be removed from her life. We ask for total release from any strongholds. We pray for her to be strong in You.

We pray for her Lord to have a godly influence on all people. We pray for her to be a disciple for You Lord.

Thank You for the wonderful work You have already done in her life.

We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Keep walking in faith, and remember that God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. Jesus was always impressed by one thing only, faith. John chpt 15 says, abide in me and I in you without me you can do nothing, I am the true vine. Let's pray.

Lord, thank you for cleansing us from sin, not some but all sin. Thank you for the full payment of grace poured out on the cross for my sins and not mine only but for anyone else who believes. Lord the worth of your blood is infinite and it cleanses the worst sinner and offender and Lord give us this faith to believe in the power of the blood, Lord I repent of my unbelief also, you have forgiven you have cast these sins into the depths of the sea, the handwritten requirement against us is nailed to the cross. Lord I pray for any of the old nature to stop creeping up, help us to walk and live in the spirit, but most importantly abide in you and fellowship with our creator, saviour and mediator Jesus Christ, in His name I pray, amen.
