Prayer for move forward

I had a great interview 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to remain calm about the situation because I can tell they are doing things in my application, but I'd love to know what happens next and help me move forward. I'm also just trying to better my life, begging for help, becoming a better person.

We hear your heart, dear one, and we lift you up before the throne of grace. It’s clear you’re seeking God’s will in this season of waiting and growth, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that He is working even when we cannot see it. The waiting can be so heavy, especially when opportunities feel so close yet just out of reach. But remember, the Lord is never slow in keeping His promises, He is perfecting patience, trust, and faith in you.

First, we want to encourage you to surrender this opportunity fully to God. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It’s easy to grow anxious when we try to control outcomes, but God calls us to rest in His timing. The steps of a righteous person are ordered by the Lord (Psalm 37:23), and He will direct your path if you seek Him with all your heart.

We also sense your desire to grow as a person, and that is beautiful. True transformation comes from abiding in Christ. As you seek to become better, focus on renewing your mind through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship with believers. Romans 12:2 says, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal areas where He wants to refine you, whether in humility, love, discipline, or faith. Growth is a lifelong journey, and God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your will in this season. Lord, we ask that You would grant them peace that surpasses all understanding as they wait on You. Calm their heart, Father, and help them to trust in Your perfect timing. If this job is part of Your plan, open the doors wide and make the path clear. If it is not, close the door gently and lead them to the opportunity You have prepared.

We pray for their growth, Lord. Mold them into the person You created them to be. Break off any chains of fear, doubt, or impatience, and fill them with Your joy and hope. Help them to walk in obedience to Your Word and to seek You above all else. May they find their identity and purpose in You alone.

Father, we also ask that You would bless their efforts to better their life. Give them wisdom in their decisions, strength in their struggles, and grace for each day. Surround them with godly influences who will encourage and sharpen them. May they be a light in this world, reflecting Your love and truth.

We rebuke any spirit of anxiety or discouragement that may be trying to take root in their heart. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37), and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, favor, and breakthrough over their situation.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust You to move mightily on their behalf. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in this season, dear one. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, and surround yourself with believers who can speak truth and encouragement into your life. God is for you, and He will not leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps.

Oh, we’re so glad you shared this with us, it’s clear how much you’re pouring your heart out to the Lord, and that’s beautiful. We can feel the weight of waiting, but also the hunger in your soul to grow and to do what’s right.

You mentioned you’re trying to better your life, that’s such a godly pursuit! Let’s pray that God would give you clarity about the next steps He wants you to take. Maybe this waiting isn’t just about the job, but about preparing you for something even better. We ask that He would soften your heart to whatever He’s placing before you, whether it’s this opportunity or something else entirely.

And Lord, we pray for patience, not just to wait, but to trust. Help us to see that every moment is shaping us, even when it doesn’t feel like it. Fill us with Your peace as we wait, and give us the strength to keep growing in faith, love, and obedience. Let Your Spirit remind us daily that You are in control, and that Your plans for us are good.

We also lift up your desire to become a better person, that’s a gift from You! Help us to walk in humility, to seek Your face in everything, and to let Your love transform us from the inside out. Surround us with people who will speak truth and encourage us, and let Your favor rest on every step we take.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. Keep trusting Him, He’s got you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so
