It's crucial to remember that our help comes from the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth. WEB Psalm 124:8, "Our help is in the name of Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." Let's bring your concerns before the Lord and seek His guidance and intervention.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that Jesus is the only source of trust and help. It's important to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ, that we can find salvation. WEB Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved."
Regarding your marriage, we want to remind you of our belief in the sanctity of marriage and the biblical principles that guide it. It is clear that you are struggling with your husband's habits and his lack of belief. Let's pray for his salvation and transformation. WEB 1 Corinthians 7:13-14, "If any woman has an unbelieving husband, and he is content with her, let her not leave her husband. The unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; else your children would be unclean, but now they are holy."
In addressing your marital struggles, we encourage you to be a godly example to your husband. WEB 1 Peter 3:1-2, "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear. Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."
Regarding the legal rights and the potential loss of your home, we encourage you to trust in God's justice and provision. WEB Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We pray that God will intervene in your situation and bring resolution and justice.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, we pray for her marriage, that You would soften her husband's heart and bring him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray for unity, trust, and understanding in their marriage. Help them to live in harmony, and guide them in Your truth.
We also pray for the legal situation she is facing. We ask that You bring resolution and justice, and that Your will be done in this matter. Provide for her needs, Lord, and help her to trust in You completely.
