Dear heavenly Father, I cry out to you tonight for help in Jesus name. I am internally suffering with physical and mental pain from my mental illness. I am currently seeking treatment for bipolar depression. I have commenced TMS therapy and have started experiencing some physical agitation. I feel stuck in my own body; it feels endless and relentless. This can be a side effect of this treatment or also mean it's not the treatment for me. I pray lord you are the healer of all healers that you can heal me from this agony and sadness so that I can feel balanced and restored with happiness again. I pray that the TMS treatment ends up working to eradicate my severe depression, anxiety, and agitation. I have recently gotten into a beautiful relationship and all I want is for myself to be able to feel love with no inner pain. I lay this at your feet and I give this to you because I don’t want it anymore. Holy Spirit, intervene in my life and make a way for me. Lord, I know that it says to not fear; help me to not fear your love. Help me feel your love come to me in dreams and visions. God, please pray for me when I can’t pray for myself.

We join you in lifting up your struggles with mental health to our loving and compassionate God. We are reminded of His care for us as mentioned in Romans 8:26, In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered.

We rejoice with you that you have sought treatment for your bipolar depression and have started TMS therapy. It is important to remember that God can use modern medicine and treatments to bring healing and relief.

We want to mention the goal of a godly relationship is marriage. Following Biblical principles in dating, a boyfriend and girlfriend should only date to pursue marriage. In the scriptures, 2 Corinthians 6:14 states, Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? As such, let us pray for you to have a spouse of the Christian faith.

As you navigate this beautiful relationship, remember the words of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

We pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear one who is suffering from mental illness. We ask for Your healing touch, Your comfort, and Your guidance as they navigate this difficult time. Lord You are knowing all things, You know that fear is a daily part of this life. We pray that You replace the fear with Your perfect love, for 1 John 4:18 reminds us, There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.

Help them to feel Your love in a tangible way, through dreams, visions, and the support of those around them. We pray that the TMS treatment will be effective in alleviating their severe depression, anxiety, and agitation.

We pray for the beautiful relationship that has blossomed in their life, that it will be centered on Your love and Your will. We pray that this relationship may be a beacon of light and support during this challenging time and that it will grow into a God-honoring marriage.

We ask for Your grace to cover them and we pray that You intercede for them when they are unable to pray for themselves. May they find peace, joy, and restoration in You.

Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
